ASEAN Photo Competition and Exhibition 2004 With theme "Growing with Nature: ASEAN's Environmental Challenges", ASEAN Photo Competition 2004 aims to raise awareness of the vast and varied potentials and opportunities in ASEAN through a region-wide photography competition and exhibition whilst enriching the photographic collection of ASEAN-COCI for use in its information dissemination activities.
ASEAN New Media Art Competition and Exhibition 2007 ASEAN New Media Art Competition and Exhibition (ASEAN NMACE) aims to identify the tendencies of regional cultural networks in utilizing information technology, and at the same time, strengthen ASEAN identity and solidarity through new media art forms. The competition was conducted at the National Gallery of Indonesia, Jakarta, from 9-11 January 2007. Twenty-two national entries of moving image and interactive media were received by the Organizing Committee. The selection succeeded to pick up winners, whose works were then shown in the exhibition at the Indonesian Gallery, Jakarta, from 20 February – 2 March 2007.
