Youth ASEAN Stamp Exhibition 2007 The Youth ASEAN Stamp (YAS) Exhibition 2007 was held in Singapore from 31 August to 2 September 2007, at the National Library Plaza. It is an ASEAN COCI project aiming to encourage youth and educational tool; to provide a platform for exchanges of creative ideas, knowledge and information sharing, and interaction through philately; to foster closer inter-ASEAN understanding and relationship through philatelic activities; to develop research skills, writing skills, management and organizational skills; and encourage creative thinking.
