Traditional Festivals of ASEAN
"Today, traditional festivals are often associated with tourism in every country of Southeast Asia. Apart form the importance of this association to domestic economies, it contributes to the mutual comprehension and closer cooperation of people. In a traditional festival, people seem to be bathed in the splendid nature. They can admire the cultural creations of their forefathers, the ‘unity between man and nature' told by the Chinese. " Dr. Pham Duc Thanh - Project Coordinator of the book "Traditional Festivals of ASEAN"
